Brief Job Summary

Participate in the coordination, ordering, and day-to-day logistics involved in the construction of manufactured homes at a brand new shop located in the Yarmouth area (exact location coming soon). This is a primarily remote, digitally-driven role, with occasional site visits and in-person coordination as required.

Wildscape Co. is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to assist with project coordination, material ordering, scheduling, and customer communication. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with contractors, suppliers, and customers, and wants to be involved in the building process without being on-site full-time.

The successful applicant will play a key role in keeping projects running smoothly by ensuring materials are ordered, deliveries are coordinated, and communication flows effectively between the team, suppliers, and customers.

Duties + Responsibilities
-Coordinating and placing orders for building materials, tools, and supplies
-Managing delivery schedules and tracking incoming materials
-Assisting with project scheduling and timeline coordination
-Supporting customer communication and general inquiries
-Liaising with local suppliers, contractors, and trades
-Maintaining organized records of orders, invoices, and project details
-Assisting with inventory tracking and shop organization
-Supporting the construction team with logistics and general coordination
-Helping to identify reliable suppliers and cost-effective sourcing options
-Help to create a work environment that is organized, efficient, and collaborative

Requirements + Qualifications
-Strong organizational and time management skills
-Comfortable coordinating multiple tasks and priorities at once
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Friendly and professional
-General passion for problem-solving and efficiency
-Digitally competent with access to a cell phone and computer
-Ability to work independently in a remote environment
-Have a valid drivers’ license

Assets (Nice to Have)
-Experience working at a building supply or hardware store
-Familiarity with construction materials and ordering processes
-Existing relationships with local contractors, suppliers, or trades
-Basic understanding of residential construction workflows
-Experience in scheduling, logistics, or coordination roles

Schedule
-Part-time hourly position (flexible hours to start)
-Primarily remote / work-from-home
-Occasional site, shop, or supplier visits as required
-Future opportunity to grow into a full-time or more senior role

Compensation
-CA$20.00 – CA$28.00 per hour
-Weekly or hourly pay to be based on experience
